As organisers, we collect a strictly limited amount of information to allow us to manage the event. We use this to plan the event, manage access and deliver marketing information.

We safeguard this information, and we don’t allow access to third parties. We will keep your data for a maximum of 4 months to allow continued access to post-event recordings and other event documentation.

At any time, you can ask the organisers to access or correct the data they keep about you, or you can ask them to delete it without having to give a reason. We understand that your completed registration, whether or not you attend the event, constitutes your informed consent to these arrangements.
